15 hamstring curls on ball
400 meter run (fast)
15 thrusters (10-30+ lbs)
10 lunges
REPEAT SET 4 TIMES (rest only as needed)
Do this workout for time. Push, push, push to get through this fast! Any rest counts toward your total time, so keep it to a minimum.

Yay Abby! I'm glad you're doing them. Except you make me look very out of shape! I did mine in 31 minutes.
ReplyDeleteDid the weights 4 times then went outside for 2 miles. My treadmill is being weird and it iza finally nice and so hard to stay in.
