  1. Yes Ang, I will be in the 10lb challenge, however, I don't want to race. The pressure will just make me want to eat more! :)Besides we are going to Vegas for Spring Break so I will probably start when I get back.

  2. Yay. You don't have to be in the race. Maybe when your foot gets better we should have another race. I may still be working on this 10 I'm trying to lose right now. =) I did lose 4lbs last week though!
I did 2 sets and did 1 1/2 sprints for the jumprope part. Then I ran 1/2 mile to get 2 miles in. That core was HARD! (nobody faint that I actually got up early to exercise today) =)

  3. Way to g, Ang, for getting up early and 4 lbs!!! I told you 10 was going to be no big deal for you! I was a big lazy butt, I woke up to workout and stayed in bed and read my book for an hour. Now I do not feel like working out. I a like Tammy, I do not do well with competition, I gained 2 lbs last week. I worked out 5 days and I even ate a little better than I normally do. It is just the thought of having to do a "diet" and the pressure makes me gain weight. I went to the doctor and had my blood tested and I am terribly anemic so maybe in a couple of weeks after I work on getting that fixed I can have more brain power to do better at things.

  4. I wasn't going to do anything today but I felt guilty so I did the core and 2 sets minus the squat thrusts. Why? Because I didn't want to. I did jump rope for my minute thing and I am getting to old for that if you know what I mean.
