MUWAHAHAHA! I hate this one Ang! Have fun!

LOWER:
100 meter run (about .6 on treadmill)
25 alternating lunges (good form. go low, don't let knee go over toe)
200 meter run (about .12 on treadmill)
25 alternating lunges
400 meter run (.25)
25 alternating lunges
800 meter run (.50)
25 alternating lunges
1 mile run
REPEAT SET 2 TIMES, 2nd set do SQUATS instead of lunges. Good form on squats too. Get your buns down low, keep your chest up, back flat...feel the burn. :)
The faster you go the harder it is. How fast can you complete this lower body workout?

    This workout only took me from 6:30 to 11:30 to get done good time huh? =>
    I did most of it this morning, but I should have got up earlier, because devin had to leave and the boys had woken up. Oh well feels good none the less.

  2. I only did 30 lunges 30 squat jumps 30 sit ups and 2 minutes wall sits. I am
    taking it easy until my energy comes back. Tomorrow I go on an early run with my friend so I am saving up energy for that. I feel like a lazy butt.
