TEMPO RUN:

10 min--easy

20 min--hard

10 min--easy

**Again, push hard on that 20 minute section. Tempo runs really help to increase your endurance speed. But you've got to put in the work. Come on, it's only 20 minutes!**

  3. I walked on the treadmill today. Dang stomach ache. Why is it that just when you feel like your back in the habit of doing a hard workout, something happens that makes you slow down a little! So annoyed! I better feel better tomorrow!
