20 reverse crunches

20 box jumps OR modified step ups

20 squats

400 meter run

REPEAT SET 4 TIMES (60-90 secs rest between sets)

Report your time for your fastest set.

  1. Sorry for more box jumps. I had to find something that I didn't need a gym for since the gym here doesn't open until 8:00 am, how lame is that? I am going to have to just do it outside and hope that I don't look like a total freakazoid.

  2. I did the box jumps on a big rock in a flower garden outside of the condo. If anyone could see me in a security camera or something they probably was doing some zen workout with a rock by a little japanese looking tree. I didn't have anything to time my sets but I did them and ran 2.5 miles in about 35 minutes.
