10 (each arm) alternating single arm chest press
10 double arm chest press
30 stability ball crunches
10 (each arm) alternating single arm shoulder press
10 doulbe arm shoulder press
30 high scissor kicks
REPEAT SET 4 TIMTES (no rest-90 secs rest between sets)
1.5 mile run, steady pace
I did the 800m and the 4 sets and then I snowshoed for almost an hour and a half. I should have done more than that after what I ate yesterday.

ReplyDeleteHello! Mondays are my day to regroup, I walked dogs with Jaiden we did 1-1.5 miles and then I did the other exercises...not to bad.Holly
ReplyDeleteI really wish I would have looked at this before 10 p.m.! I would have liked this workout (I know I can still do it, but.....I don't want to! So there ya go!) I had 30 minutes today before dinner so I hurried downstairs and got on the treadmill before someone changed my mind! I actually ran more than I have for a long time!
ReplyDeleteI did the workout, but did a .50 mile between each set. I love these kind of workouts, that seem to go so fast.
