Strength & Weight Loss

Intensity: HARD

Focus: Lower

** use a 12", 18", or 24" box--the highest you feel comfortable using. reps are low so try to use a higher step.**

6 right lateral box jumps OR right lateral step ups

6 left lateral box jumps OR left lateral step ups

6 box jumps OR step ups (if you do step ups do 3 reps on each leg)

800 meter run

REPEAT SET 4 TIMES (as little rest as possible)

  1. I did the workout in 29:56. I didn't have something safe to do the jumps so I did 12 of the step ups for each. So nice to not have to pick the workout! Thanks jen.

  2. I did the workout but I only did .25 on the runs since I was going snowshoeing.

  3. I did zumba today, did the toning and walked dogs with Jaiden 2.16 miles and called it good. Holly
