Core Workout: 1 minute plank 1 minute bicycle REPEAT SET 3 TIMES (30 secs rest between sets) Main Workout: 25 push-ups or modified push-ups 25 bicep curls 25 tricep dips* REPEAT SET 5 TIMES ( 2 mins rest between sets)
I did the workout with the elliptical for the two minute rest.
