1 minute jump rope OR modified high knee march
15 sit ups
1 min wall sit

REPEAT SET AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN IN 20 MINUTES

  1. I did 2 1/2 sets. I didn't get yesterday's workout in so I got on the elliptical after today's workout.
