STRENGTH & WEIGHT LOSS:
15 squat walks sideways (each direction)
15 lunge jumps or modified alternating lunges
1 minute wall sit
400 meter run sprint or 800 meter bike sprint
REPEAT SET 6 TIMES
I went running this morning and did the 6 sets of the lower body exercises.
