Strength & Weight Loss
UPPER: 10 chest press on bench, ball or ground (use heavier weights)
10 pull ups OR push ups (strict)
5 min Run (as fast as you can. It's a 5 minute run so try to find a fast pace that you can maintain for that amount of time)
REPEAT SET 4 TIMES (no rest-90 secs rest)

  3. Hello, I walked 2 miles pushing the trailer/stroller thing with my two toddlers so that has to count as double the distance. I swam 12 laps this morning and rode my bike 2miles and walked dogs with my daughter for 2 miles and did my upper arm work out so I hope I got it covered. I want to lose 10 lbs. too! What is the secret! Are you dieting or just working out like crazy! I think you all should do the 10k at the Health Days conquer the cayon. Ang I think if Devon started training he could do it..piece of cake for him. talk to you later holly
