400 meter run
REPEAT SET 4 TIMES (60-90 secs rest between sets)??Report your time for your fastest set.

  2. I do the workout in 20:12. Wheny baby is on the verge of losing it and my 2 year old is throwing anything he can find on the treadmill to watch it fly off the back, it makes you get done as fast as you can! =)
