I actually got it posted the night before!! Yay me! I wanted to post something that I can actually do. (at least some of it!) Ang found some workouts that I could buy online. They are ones you can do while sitting down. Our favorite would have to be the kick boxing! Still smiling about that one Ang!

Strength & Weight Loss
Intensity: Easy or Medium
Focus: UPPER
20 bicep curls --5 halfway up from bottom, 5 halfway down from top, 10 full
20 rotating shoulder press (alternate rotation sides)
20 dumbbell swings
1 min jump rope
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES (no rest-90 secs rest)

  1. Yesterday I just ran because I had to get the workout done early so today I did yesterdays workout. I didn't realize I had to time it but I think I was slow anyway.

  2. I did the workout and ran 2 miles. Jen guilted me into doing a half marathon, so I figured I better start running more.
