Strength & Weight Loss

CORE:

1 ½ min plank (beginners do 45 secs)
25 double leg, straight leg lifts
REPEAT SET 2 TIMES (30-60 secs rest between sets)

LOWER:
400 meter run
8 walking lunges
8 box jumps (as high as you can handle)
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES (as quickly as possible, any rest you take is included in your time)

How fast did you do the Lower workout?

  1. I went snowshoeing for 1 hour but the workout looks fun I might have to do it to at least a few sets.

  4. I did the lower workout in 20:51. I didn't do the core today, but I did run .75 mile to make it to 2 miles and to get my 30 minutes in for the day. I also did 100 crunches on the ball.
