Saturdays are somewhat of a free day.

Do a long run 3-10 miles if you are training for a race.

Go to an aerobics class, do a workout video, or choose a past workout. JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF GOOD EXERCISE!

  1. Hi! I did 1 1/2 hours of Zumba this morning and did my long run 5.8 miles...Looking forward to Sunday. Holly

  2. No I haven't left the workout world, eventhough this week was not a good one. I ended up subbing at the High School 2 days and the Middle School one day. Also worked at the Quilt Store.(If you can call that work!) We had a humanitarian project for enrichment meeting which I organized and carried out this week too. Therefore, I missed a few days of exercising this week and really felt it today. I was sluggish all day so I made myself workout tonight after Alex's Wrestling Banquet. I hope next week is a little calmer!

  3. By the way, I won't be able to come up and do the 5K with everyone on the 12th. I will be in Kanab to a baseball tournament. Yay, for spring and baseball!

  4. I ran only 2.5 miles and it was freezing. I put it off until too late in the day.
