Sorry I forgot to do this until this morning when I was in the shower, then I forgot again and when to my friend Cindee's house.
Strength & Weight Loss
FULL:
15 dumbbell swings20 lateral lunge & press (alternating)
25 double crunches OR sit ups
30 second superman hold (get your arms and legs as high off the ground as you can)
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES (30-90 secs rest between sets)
CARDIO:1-2 mile run OR 3-6 mile bike
I did a workout from last week because I had to do it early. Then I ran 2 miles. Tammy, maybe if you could would you post the night before? I like to do workout at 6:30 or 7:00. I'm not trying to be picky we all know I was kind of a flaky blog manager. Angie and I are trying to lose 10lbs. I don't want to call it a race cause I know she will win but maybe it is kind of a race. We thought we would report our progress on here. Angie maybe we should have our weigh in day on Saturday since we are having a free day on Sunday? anyone want to join us? Maybe we could all go eat something really yummy when we reach 10 lbs. Oh-I am supposed to be thinking of non-food rewards. Can't think of ANY!
ReplyDeleteI usually do it the night before. I thought about it on Sunday, but didn't do it! I went to the Dr. today and I have to wear this stupid boot for another 2 weeks! However, he did say I could ride my stat bike since it is a recumbent (I'm sure I spelled that wrong!)and don't put weight on my foot while exercising. I came home, changed my clothes, and got on it! It felt so good to exercise!
