Yes, it's my turn this month. Honestly, I am a little nervous about doing it right and not forgetting to post a workout. I can't workout for a couple weeks because of a broken foot. I will try not to post hard workouts just to be mean! (Ang!)

LOWER:
100 meter run (about .6 on treadmill)
25 alternating lunges (good form. go low, don't let knee go over toe)
200 meter run (about .12 on treadmill)
25 alternating lunges
400 meter run (.25)
25 alternating lunges
800 meter run (.50)
25 alternating lunges
1 mile run
REPEAT SET 2 TIMES, 2nd set do SQUATS instead of lunges. Good form on squats too. Get your buns down low, keep your chest up, back flat...feel the burn. :)
The faster you go the harder it is. How fast can you complete this lower body workout?
