Squat Ladder w/ dumbbells
Holding dumbbells (between 10 & 30 lbs according to your fitness level) start a one minute timer and do 2 squats, then wait. When that minute is up, the next minute do 4 squats and wait for that minute to be up. The next minute do 6 squats and wait. Continue adding two squats each minute until you can’t complete the number of squats you’re on for that minute.

2 miles, sprint the last 1/4 of each mile

ReplyDeleteI did the squats and got to 25 with 30lbs. I walked 2 miles up the hill with Jared to get ready for our big hike. I don't know what I have gotten myself into 14 miles in and the the next day 9 miles all uphill out.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! that's a lot of hiking! I did some of the squats, I got to 15, but had to stop for the boys. I ran 1 1/2 mile on the treadmill and went .75 on the elliptical. I love the way it makes my core and arms feel! It is Jeff's turn, but I'm not sure that he can do it? Is he still in Brazil? If not, will you do it Tammy?
