21 pull ups, assisted, jumping or negatives OR sub lateral lifts

21 chest press on bench, ball or ground (use weight light enough to get through 21 reps, but heavy enough that it hurts)

18 pulls ups

12 pull ups

9 pull ups

6 pull ups
