Strength & Weight Loss
LOWER:
15 lunge jumps OR modified alternating lunges
15 tip-toe plie squats OR modified squats (get LOW on your squats)
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES (60-90 secs rest between sets)
RUN:
Run ½ mile (800 meters) as fast as you can, recover.
REPEAT 3 TIMES
What was your fastest ½ mile time?
½ mile repeats

  1. So much for the challenge! I got a headache last night and didn't get my workout in. I was in bed by 9:15, and those who know me know how out of character that is for me. I did exercise this morning though! I can't seem to get my energy level back from the flu! It felt good to workout eventhough it wasn't as hard as I would have like too!
