Strength & Weight Loss

Intensity:
Easy*-Medium (easy doesn't really mean "easy" it just means not as hard as HARD. you should still be breathing hard and pushing yourself, just not to the point of complete exhaustion or puking. Every time I type "easy" I worry that it can be misconstrued, so I wanted to clarify it. Ok, I feel better now. :)
Focus: IntervalsCardio
BIKE, RUN, ELLIPTICAL or ROWER:
5 mins fast pace
2 mins recover
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES
**just pick one thing to do (ie. running) for all 5 sets**

  2. I did the workout. I really like these kind of workouts. I went almost 3 miles during the workout, so I just kept going until I hit 3 miles. It felt really good, especially because I was super tempted to skip it tonight, and eat oreos and watch biggest loser instead. :)

  3. Yesterday I did just one set of the workout out and showshoed for 2 1/2 hours I was pooped.

  4. Today I snowshoed for 1 hour and tried all day to do this workout but I just didn't happen. I am going to try to get up extra early so I can do the workout before I go in the morning.
