Saturdays are somewhat of a free day.
Do a long run 3-10 miles if you are training for a race.
Go to an aerobics class, do a workout video, or choose a past workout. JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF GOOD EXERCISE!

I ran 4 miles today and it was so beautiful, it felt like spring. I wish I would have had more time I would have liked to do 6. Now if I could just feel like cleaning, it is sad that I would rather go run 6 more miles than clean this house.

ReplyDeleteI went on a long walk pushing Clark in the stroller. Lame I know, but it was really nice outside and Clark needed to get out just as much as me. I hope to run more this next week.
ReplyDeleteSo much for the Challenge! Saturday just didn't work out for me! I did get up from my seat and walk around the arena at state wrestling. (I figured 4 times around equals on mile) However, there were so many people I couldn't keep up a good pace so I don't feel good counting it. It was late when we got home and I was LAZY! I planned on making up for it on Sunday, but was enjoying a "Lord of the Rings" marathon with my boys so I just didn't! So there ya go! Tomorrow is a new day and a new goal for me! I'm not going to beat myself up about it since I tend to do that then go on strike for a few days.
