Strength & Weight Loss

20 Reverse Crunch w/ or w/out stability ball
20 Romanian Deadlifts
50 Jump Ropes
20 Kettlebell or Dumbbell swings
20 Box Jumps (12, 18 or 24 inch) or modified Step Ups
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES (60-90 secs rest between sets)
*beginners do ½ the reps
Could you complete all 5 sets? How long did it take you?

  1. 5 sets took me 27:21. That was a lot of jumping. I may or may not have almost peed my pants?!?! In my defense my baby is only 3 months old. =)
