HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!

Strength & Weight Loss
UPPER: 10 chest press on bench, ball or ground (use heavier weights)
10 pull ups OR push ups (strict)
5 min Run (as fast as you can. It's a 5 minute run so try to find a fast pace that you can maintain for that amount of time)
REPEAT SET 4 TIMES (no rest-90 secs rest)

  2. Ang, now you know how I felt this weekend! I did my Zumba cd today and sweated like a pig! I am still going to post everyday because if I don't have someone to report to everyday I will be a total slacker!

  3. I went snowshoeing for 1 hour and a half, we went kind of slow because we had a new girl with us but it was still over an hour of exercise.

  4. OK I am going to come out and say it here. I have exercised everyday but, I have totally blown my diet since Friday. You name it ice cream, hershey kisses, cookies, and Jared made heart french toast with homemade strawberry syrup for Valentines day and any of you that have eaten Jared's cooking, you have got to give me a break. Don't judge me, I am back on the wagon tomorrow and hopefully I haven't done to much damage.
