30 rotating push ups OR modified rotation w/out push up
30 kettlebell or dumbbell swing
800 meter run
30 push ups or modified push ups
30 thrusters
800 meter run
REPEAT SET 2 TIMES (rest to recovery before starting 2nd set)
Time both sets. What was your best time? Try to beat your first time.
Hi! Just checking in, have a question...How heavy are your weights that you use for the thrusters...I only have 5# weights and feel like a wimp. Talk to you soon Holly
ReplyDeleteMe, Jenny, and Tammy did the workout. Holly, a good way to judge the weight that you should use, is it should be heavy enough that you can't talk while your doing your set.
ReplyDeleteHolly, I used 5# weights for the thrusters and two 5# weights for the thrusters. Jenny and Ang both did more but it's all I could do. And man was I ever sore on Saturday! So I guess I am a wimp, but I am getting there! :)
