Strength & Weight Loss
FULL:
20 push ups OR modified push ups (good form, nose or chest to the floor)
10 squat thrusts w/ jump OR modified w/ out jump
1 min sprint (all out for the whole minute)
REPEAT SET 5 TIMES (60-90 secs rest between sets)
This should be a pretty quick, but intense, workout. You've got to generate the intensity through speed each set.
How long did it take you?
Hi! I did 15 squat thrusts with a jump...Don't really like those! Did the push ups and was glad to be done. ran a mile and did step areobics at 6:00 came home and did some toning...you would think I would be losing weight? Oh well, healthy life style is the goal. talk to you soon. Holly
ReplyDeleteI did the workout. I kept thinking all day it would be easy. It was definitely fast nut it was not easy! I mean 50 squat thrusts does not equal easy! I don't enjoy those. I am still learning to love them. It took me 12 minutes to do the whole workout.
ReplyDeleteI did 40 push ups and went snowshoeing for an hour in the morning with Jared and an hour in the afternoon with the ladies. Holly I hear ya on the losing weight thing. I have just keep reminding myself how good I feel. I think when you take care of yourself and feel good you look good even if you are not at your ideal weight. Besides Angie just said on Sunday that you had lost weight and that you looked great.
